The assistant Angela was really friendly, helpful and knowledgable. She gave us a great welcome, made us a coffee (!) gave us as much time as we needed but was close by to offer help and assistance when we needed it. She listened to our requirements, understand our needs, guided us to the various different options and made a bewildering choice items really enjoyable.

Richard helped us his knowledge was very useful he was very friendly, he explained to us all about the products we were looking at .we were very impressed with his sales pitch ,strait honest talking guy, he even asked us if we would like a hot drink whilst we were going through all the paper work . our impressions were that he should be a manager in his own store .

NERIMAN THE GIRL ASSISTANT WAS THERE IMMEDIATLY WE NEEDED HELP, ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS QUICKLY, DEMONSTRATED THE SOFA BED DESCRIBING THE MAKE UP OF TO US. WAS VERY POLITE AND DIDNT RUSH US BUT WAS AVAILABLE TO HELP IF NEEDED.

I was seen by Richard, great product knowledge and excellent service. I belive he is an asset to the company.

Our sales person was Neriman, she was really good and understood that we liked to view a beds and then ask questions without been followed around. She would come back to find us every now and again to make sure we where okay (we where in the store for quiet sometime) She would then tell her what we where thinking of and she would guide us on the bed/frame/headboard. The best bit is even though she wanted a sale, I did not at all feel pressured or the feeling that she wanted to quickly get us signed up and out the door so the overall experience was brilliant.

Richard was not pushy at all We spent a long time choosing and never felt in the way-quite the opposite.

Cliff was very patient, knowledgeable about the products and took the time to allow us to test out several mattress during our visit. The range of mattress on offer were very good, and the explanation of the differences of these was very useful.

Angela the shop assistant was very helpful and the order did not take to long to process.

For once a Sales assistant was helpful and not Pushy or in our Face

The assistant who served me was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and a very good salesman.
