the gentleman who helped me was very curtious and chatted about what I needed and eventually because of his assistance I bought my bed, may I also say that as a previous sales manager myself, for a very well known company, if all my staff had been to his standard a would have been very pleased.

Very friendly staff (Laura).price a little high but hope this reflexes in the quality of the product.

Given some of the information we required the able to look for what we thought suitable and given plenty of time and NOY hastled

We had an issue with wanting a 3 door wardrobe but the item had been discontinued. The girls in the shop both hadn't been told about thid ad yet so had to check with theit manager and other stores. We were in the shop at closing time and they still went out of their way to help us and make sure they had been informed by the computer correctly. We was offered the display item but this also had to be authorised by the manager but in the end we went with the 2 door wardrobe instead as we thought it would fit in the room better. If it wasnt for the 2 assistants we may have not bought anything.

The assistant Cliff was very knowledgeable about all the products and was happy to talk through what we didn't understand.

As soon as I walked in the store i was welcomed by Laura she was very nice and welcoming and made my experience easy to find what I was looking for.

From the moment I walked in the store Laura that approached me couldn't have been any more helpful. It was an easy and stress free shopping trip.

Our server Angela (Maidstone, Kent branch) was simply amazing in every way! She was more than happy to spend all the time necessary to help us figure out what we liked/needed and not just what was best for Dreams to sell to us. She even made us tea while we "tested" the beds. She actually CARED that we chose correctly, which was certainly not the feeling that we got in other bed stores that we also visited! A decent bed is a pretty high price ticket item for most people, so the decision making process of what to order should have been stressful, but Angela took all that way from us and helped us to easily navigate our way towards what will hopefully be a bed that will improve our sleep and general wellbeing for years to come. She was STAR and has single handedly restored our faith in what is possible within the "retail experience". She is a HUGE asset to your business and you should look after and nurture her accordingly. If you don't, I may just steal her away to work in one of my businesses! ;) Just cant wait for the DREAM bed to arrive now! Aaron & Sarah. PS. We were very pleased with Richard who sold us the mattress. He was approachable, polite, knowledgable and provided an excellent service.

Staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable, this was a return visit for accessories purchased for a bed from dreams 3 years ago
