Themi at Maidstone branch served me & he was very welcoming & courteous. He looked after me very well answered all my questions & had a good knowledge of the products. He offered me a bottle of water as it was a hot day, which I thought was a nice touch & thoughtful. He went through everything online as I was putting my order in & explained everything very thoroughly & even got me a discount to put the bed together. I have visited this store a few years ago & bought a new bed & mattress & the service was also excellent then. Themi had a very nice manner about him.

We wentr into the store with a set requirement for a bed and base. The staff member Themi, was fantastic and helped us get the bed from our requirements.
