We only visited the Store for a replacement Double matress, and the range available was mind boggling until a run around the store with sales person Laura quickly put the full range of what was available in perspective. From there on all was plain sailing until the paperwork was completed and a convenient delivery date arranged. Thank you Laura.

it was very easy. went into the store quite late on a week day so no one else was there. Richard the assistant was brilliant. spoke to us about the type of mattresses we was looking for and made it a lot easier for us.

I was served by Neriman. She was very helpful, polite and friendly. She was very patient as I wanted to test out lots of beds and took a while to make my decision. Her knowledge of the different bed types, I thought, was excellent . I did not feel under any pressure or uncomfortable whilst trying the beds out. Neriman explained all of the bill and any discounts which she had provided so that I fully understood what I was paying for. All in all it was a very pleasant way to spend £900, even if a little shocking as prices have risen somewhat since I last bought a bed. I would like to thank Neriman for doing a great job. She is a credit to your company.

The assistant 'Cliff' at the Maidstone store was very knowledgeable and helpful.

on visiting your store we were greeted by a friendly sales assistant by the name of Neriman who offered her assistance if we needed it.On looking around for a bit we then asked for some information about some of the mattrisses. Neriman gave us consise answers and never once offered her opinion, which we liked.After a short deliberation we chose the one we wanted and Neriman processed the sale.We were very happy.

The girl we spoke to was very polite, we had been to a few other stores & ended back at dreams, she went through everything I needed to know and was very helpful she found the right bed for my price which I had to spend on the bed & mattress and with the delivery was shocked how quickly dreams delivers, the bed she helped us choose in our budget was exactly what we was looking for. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will continue in the future to come back to dreams to purchase again in a few years for my two sons

Cliff was knowledgeable and helpful. His information regarding the pros and cons of various mattresses gave us insight enough to make an informed decision on exactly what was best for us and at the best price.
