Cliff was very impressive....indeed.so knowledgeable and personable....and interesting Could not understand why he wasn't selling Bentleys I don't like slick salespeople but he was so genuine and believable even to aan old cynic like me

We were served by Cliff and he was very informative and helped us choose the correct mattress for my husband and I. He was polite and had a good sense of humour too.

We were greeted upon arrival by Laura, who after a quick and courteous greeting, immediately made us feel at home. After running through the colour codes and what they represented, navigating the store and beds were easy. Laura always made herself available for Q&A and was extremely helpful and informative. Laura made the decision making easy without us feeling pressured or harassed. Can not praise the experience enough. Would highly recommend to anyone seriously considering buying a bed. The assistant was Laura. She was very knowledgeable regarding all the products, and was very happy to show me a number of products before I decided on my purchases, and was very happy to answer all my questions. She even made me a cup of coffee whilst we were sorting out the purchase details. She is a credit to your company !!!

Assistant Cliff,was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable.He explained comprehensibly about all the different beds available and our choice was to try a Tempur.He advised which was the best option for our back and sleeping problems,and again was of great assistance.

Immediate welcome by a highly knowledgeable Salesman.He found out what we needed and let us make a relevant decision .Once we elected to try a Tempur bed he was very well informed of the product and how it would suit our sleeping and medical problems.We were so impressed with this that we really could make a fairly speedy decision to buy,normally my Husband wants time to consider and compare.Well done Cliff.
