Dreams - Maidstone

We (my wife and I) visited the Maidstone store a few weeks ago. We were looking around when Cliff asked us if he could help. We continued looking when Cliff joined us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were unable to buy on that occasion. We revisited on Thursday 14 April because of Cliff's attention and professional approach, but were approached by Neriman. We asked for Cliff but he was not in, so Neriman served us. We were impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. We bought a bed to be delivered on 6 May.

Angela, who served us, got the balance exactly right between being friendly and professional. She answered all of our questions and was able to give excellent advice. After we had tried each mattress, she asked how can I improve on that, to ensure that she knew exactly what we needed.

the assistant was polite , knowledgeable and certainly able to answer all of our question. He did not rush us into making our decision. A credit to your staff training. A very satisfied customer.

the salesman was very helpful and had a great deal of knowledge on the product that was purchased. he carried out certain procedures to ensure that the product was right for us. the salesman was recommended to us by a friend who was in the store at the time and at no point during our visit did we feel pressured into buying the product only reassured that we were given advice that the product would be right for us.

The member of staff serving us called Neriman was very knowledgeable, professional, clear & concise. Very impressed & friendly

Very helpful staff, very knowledgeable . Transaction was very efficient and quick, delivery was within four days.

the store was clean and bright and very tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were assisted by Cliff. Cliff was very patient and took the time to show us the range of products and to explain the colour coding system. He assessed our body positions on our chosen mattress and guided us through the process. His patience was inexhaustible and his knowledge was amazing.

The sales assistant was very competent and extremely helpful.

No pressure to buy. Given time to make decison. Answered all questions we had without being pushy etc.

Angela was really empathetic and really listened to our needs and evaluated what would be best for us without ant pressure.
