Neriman served us and was excellent with her product knowledge. Suffering from a bad back and have purchased a Tempur mattress. Happy to spend time discussing benefits of the products and talking us through the different options available. Very friendly and knowledgeable, with stock available and delivered in only 3 days, we will not have to suffer a bad back for much longer. Fingers crossed!

Friendly staff and a pleasant and easy purchase

I was highly satisfied with the service I received from Angela and her knowledge of what I needed for my back was very helpful, what was really nice was the fact that she wasn't pushy or trying to make me purchase anything which was nice considering nowadays most sales assistants try making you buy stuff just to boast their commission. I'm looking forward to hopefully getting a good nights sleep once my bed and mattress is delivered
