Dreams - Maidstone

Pleasant welcome from Mr Barret. Knew his products , spent friendly time explaining different options/price related. Concluded sale with detail on delivery, time me3ant I needed to collect from Swanley - all explained. All round was a rewarding shopping experience, not that common in many stores and shops.

We came to store not really know anything about mattresses. Angela, from the Maidstone branch gave is 100% of her time. She even helped chase our 2 year old boy as he kept running off. Angela made us feel important and we came away with a bed and a mistress. I highly recommend Angela and we thank her.

Our sales assistant Neriman gave us comprehensive information. She did not overload us and allowed us time to process and make a decision. We were able to try out all the different types of mattresses.

Professional helpful advice, nothing was too much trouble. The sales assistant Laura was first class.

The member of staff that served us was very knowledgeable about what we wanted. She gave us all the leaflets circling what we had chosen in the shop saying we could go home go think about it and read about the products as we were unsure .We returned a week later and the sales assistant remembered us .We bought our bed that day ,.

The service was extremely efficent and quick. Cliff was extremely helpful and friendly. I got exactly what I wanted with no fuss.

Was greeted by store manager Barret (Maidstone branch) . He was very friendly with no pushy selling tactics whatsoever and gave us time for us to decide. Since we are a returning customer there was no need to play around with the figures for us as when we go shopping we don't want to waste time but just give us a deal we will happily accept. With the offer presented by Barret we could not refuse of the Tempur bed and base we didn't waste time and placed the order with a delivery date set. The whole process of placing order only took around 5 minutes or so. It's a honor for Dreams and I, as a returning customer to deal with such a friendly, polite staff such as Barret. As a matter of fact a few days later I recommended my brother inlaw to pay Dreams-Maidstone a visit and was again greeted by Barret and a relieve colleague......YES!!! My brother inlaw ordered a Tempur mattress as well. Keep up the good work. Mr Shum

the sales rep knew all i needed to know there was not a time that he did not know any of the questions i wanted to know very friendly and helpful did not rush me .

Neriman was really helpful and answered any questions that we had, she was also very patient whilst we were trying out all of the different mattresses and taking our time to decide which one we wanted to purchase!
