Our sales lady Neriman Aydin (ref NA10) was very helpful and patient, making us feel at ease. We both have disabilities and we feel that she listened to what we needed. And with good product knowledge was able to offer a caring and considerate service.

Your sales assistants were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, The product is of good quality and very reasonably priced. The delivery time was good, the staff delivering the bed were very respectful and helpful. I was very satisfied with the level of service received.

We visited all the bed stores in Maidstone and this was the best by far. No pushy sales technique which is offputting, just good product knowledge and patience when answering our many questions. Even offered a drink which was unexpected! Thanks Cliff!
