The Dreams colleague Laura was very helpful, she listened to what we required, told us to lay on the mattresses, get a feel of them, as if we were sleeping. She showed us the mattresses, most likely for us. We were able to wander around, trying them. We found (hopefully) what should be the right one for us. She explained about being able to change it, if we found it not to our satisfaction. We have a delivery date suitable to our needs, also, we were given the option to have our old mattress taken away. This is being collected by the Heart Foundation, it is still nearly new having been covered by 3 covers, it should give someone else a better nights sleep than us.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Angela @ Maidstone - Dreams, she not only had a great knowledge of the products but went out of her way to help us with finding the correct pillows suited to us both personally. She was not in anyway pushy and wanted to help us find exactly what we needed.

The salesperson who assisted me was extremely polite and efficient. he even stayed 10 minutes after the store closing time(very rare for this level of kindness)

Good quality furniture, attentive and helpful staff. Sound product knowledge . Allowed me time to try lots of beds and double check my choice.

Cliff the sales assistant made us feel so welcome! Not only did he give us his undivided attention his extensive knowledge of the benefits of beds to suit our needs was helpful and interesting. A very charming and caring salesman with no added pressure to purchase. Having said that we did end up spending £3000

The store is set out nicely with room to move around. The staff listened to what my needs were answered my questions then showed us to the appropriate choice of items. They were friendly and professional in their approach and offered a drink whilst we were purchasing my item which I have to say was a very smooth and quick process. I was also impressed with the delivery date being so quick and the fact that they gave a call in the morning as to what time they would arrive.
