Cliff, from the Maidstone store was great! Helpful, informative and so friendly. He spent time with us on Thursday and again this morning, Saturday. He did a spine alignment test and a pressure point test on myself and my partner. He is truly a huge asset to dreams, Maidstone.

Angela was very helpful with good product knowledge. Mattress was of good quality and reasonably priced

Given advice and direction to the most suitable bed for us and information about posture and pillows recommended to help.

The staff member (Angela) who assisted us in choosing our mattress was professional, polite and not at all pushy. She listened to our requirements and asked several questions before recommending 4 different mattresses that might meet our needs. Of the 4 she suggested, we would have been more than satisfied with 3 of them. We spent more than we had wanted to spend on a mattress, but at no point did we feel pressured in to buying it. Well done Maidstone Dreams, we are really impressed!

The sales assistant was very attentive and explained how the gel cooling system worked in the mattress. He also made sure that the mattress I chose was right for me. I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time out to make sure I understood what I was buying.

I was extremely happy with the 2 staff members which were involved in the process from my selection of the furniture to the placing of the order. These were Angela and store Manager Visiting that day, Charlie. Both very professional throughout. I would like to point out that during the setting up of the credit agreement another staff member by the the name of Cliff came along and whispered in my presence something along the lines of letting him have the credit of my sale out in his name. Charlie dealt with this situation extremely well and apologised for the behaviour of Cliff, whom he had known it appeared only since that morning. I sincerely hope that Cliff did not receive any reward from your company as the first I saw of him was during that whispered conversation which I presumably I was not meant to hear and I feel this was rude and blatantly untrue. I am sure his absence colleague Angela would not be grateful for his deceitful input.

The Assistant (Cliff) spent a great deal of time ensuring we were getting the correct hardness of mattress and making sure that it suited our physical conditions. Very informative and pleasant attitude made it an enjoyable way to purchase the product.
