We started off with Neriman who guided us through the range of beds we were interested in and then she brought the manager Charlie in to finally negotiate a good deal for us

The female assistant was very quick to come and talk to us as we entered the shop, she found out the kind of mattress I wanted almost straight away, showed us what was available in 'medium' and was also knowledgeable about the materials (advising me on the padding because I didn't want wool stuffing). There was no 'hard selling' and no pushiness which is so off-putting in other stores. Finding the correct mattress to buy can be daunting especially as there are so many different types available. But we were able to quickly choose the right one for me because of how swiftly your operative directed us. I'd previously researched and narrowed down a choice of 3 mattresses on another company's website but their stores don't have mattresses in them, so you can't 'try before you buy', which is pretty slack. Really quick and easy to order the mattress very similar to the above in your London Rd, Maidstone store on 26/7/16 and completely hassle-free.

From the moment we entered the store we felt welcomed. We were approached by a friendly member of staff and didn't feel pressurised at all. She took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for.

Cliff, Maidstone store assistant was very helpful in establishing our needs. He spent time explaining different options and discussing why they are best for us. We experienced different products and, eventually bought something we would not have bought online. Great work. The sale was not compulsory and aggressive. We were asked to think about it and we did. The sales guy was very professional, not used car salesman!!! This is highly appreciated. I did not feel I needed to make a purchase.
