Excellent customer service and products

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and have very good advice . Thankyou Cliff at Maidstone.

From the moment we walked in Neriman Aydin acknowledged us and was available throughout our visit to offer advice and product knowledge without being intrusive or pushy to make a sale. Obviously a great store team with good rapport. Manager also made a point of acknowledging us and assisting Neriman with moving stock for us.

I was offered assistance upon entering the store by friendly sales assistant. My only criticism of the store is that on a previous visit last Wednesday at 6.30pm I found the store had already closed at 6pm. The website however states it is open until 8pm. I therefore had a wasted journey. The website should state up to date opening and closing times.

Such a friendly member of staff!! Laura at the allington/maidstone store at took into account my budgeting and shared her own oersonal experiences too.

Both my wife and I found the whole process of buying a new bed with Cliff very enjoyable and surprisingly informative. He spent more time explaining how to find the right bed and why rather than trying to "sell" it to us. We learnt a lot and eventually purchased the bed we thought was right rather than a bed we were sold. The cup of tea was nice whilst my wife decided on a headboard too! In all cliff made it a pleasant process rather than the chore I was expecting. Only other comment would be that considering how comfortable the needs are, the chairs buy the desks when you actually place your order are really uncomfortable ;o)

Charles served us and was knowledgeable about the product making it an easy purchase. Great customer service!

Neriman couldn't have been more helpful she showed us how to operate the blow up mattress and was more than willing to find out further information about the product.
