Dreams - Maidstone

On both visits to the shop (London Road, Maidstone,) I was looked after extremely well by Laura.

Cliff, our sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable in the science behind the keys to a good nights sleep and took his time to help us choose the right bed.

I have recently been suffering with a bad back, so I needed a new mattress and something that would be more supportive of me and something that would make sure my back pain doesn't come back. When I came into the store all of the sales assistants was busy, so me and my partner sat on a few beds to see what we preferred and then after a few minutes we was greeted by Neriman who was incredibly friendly, she had brilliant product knowledge and understood my needs incredibly well. Neriman got us all different kinds of pillows to try on many different beds to find us what was exactly right for us. Now that we have had the mattress delivered I can see that Neriman did an excellent job as my back pain has completely gone and am sleeping much better. I would recommend any friends or family to return to Dreams and if they did, then make sure they see Neriman.

I was given time to browse around the store without being immediately pounces on by a sales person. They then asked if they could be of help and pointed me in the direction of the product I was looking for. Without being obtrusive, they stepped in to assist, when the time was right. I must say that they were extremely knowledgable about the products and were not at all pushy in stealing you into the most expensive. Their suggestions were based upon what you as a customer were asking for. They were more than happy for you to test the mattresses and for you to take all the time you needed. The whole experience was very relaxing with no pressure at all from the sales person.
