Both manager and assistant had much knowledge regarding bed mattresses and we're very helpful and obliging.

Went to the Maidstone Store not knowing what bed and mattress to have. Member of staff (Laura) made me feel welcome, answered all my questions and with her help bought a bed and mattress that suited my needs, thankyou.

The assistance and patience we received by Neriman on Sunday was perfect, she was there with information and advice when required but also gave us space to try out numerous different pillow and mattress combinations. Not once did we feel rushed or pressurised into making a decision. I'm not the most patient shopper but the hour and a half we spent in there was a pleasure. thank you Neriman.

Very helpful service

On our visit, we were not pushed into anything we did not want to buy. We told the assistance what we wanted as we already have memory foam and she told us our options. Very help and knowledgeable.

When we first arrive we wernt swamped, we were left to look around and Laura approached us after around 20 minutes. She really helped us pick the right mattress for me and my boyfriend. She made the transaction as swift as possible and easy going!

The gentleman who advised me was knowledgable about the type of bed I was looking forward; he did not waste my time talking about anything but the product which I personally found to be a very pleasant way of being allowed to make a decision without chit-chat.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us decide what we needed and wanted and they took the time to help us with our needs and nothing was too much trouble

Good customer service

On entering your Maidstone Branch, We were allowed to look and try beds out without being jumped upon.Which was great .A short while later Alison aproached us asking if we need help and information. She even got another mattress so we could try out a cheaper option on a bed we were interested in. Beverages was offered through out our stay.We were allowed time to think about things on our own, before placing our £1500 bed and mattress order. The ordering was very clear and straight forward. Alison went through everthing from start to finish, we were very impressed with her, we would recommend Dreams to anyone in the future.
