The Dreams Colleague, Angela, was very helpful, we particularly liked the fact that she gave us freedom to browse before offering assistance. We don't like hard sell tactics and if we had been approached in this way we wouldn't have stayed, thank you Angela. She was very well informed regarding the mattresses we were interested in and gave us plenty of time to make our decision.

From the moment we entered the store found it friendly and relaxed. Sales person very knowledgeable and listened to specific needs of both myself and my wife. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Angela was extremely helpful in explaining the products and showing us them in the store.

The salesman, Cliftonville, was very knowedgeable about sleep and how to go about it we checked everything he told us and it passed scrutiny. The only issues we have are the price and the three week wait for delivery. Other than that it was a 'comfortable' experience.

Angela was hands down the best bed sales advisor we have come across. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and provided an excellent customer experience - all without coming across as 'salesly' or pressurising us to buy anything - which actually made us want to buy stuff! She made us drinks and remembered how I took my tea from the day before, helped us try out pillows and carried our drinks and pillows around the store whilst we tried out various mattresses. She had a warm, relaxed and easy manner whilst being diligent to provide an excellent service - she felt like an old friend by the time of our visit and we'll always have warm memories of our bed purchase!

We felt very comfortable walking around the store with no pressure from staff. Once approached, the member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic to our needs. This made our buying experience very satisfactory.

The shop appeared to be well organised and the person who served us was very knowledgeable and especially helpful.
