Our sales representative at the Maidstone branch (Cliff) was very knowledgeable and took the time to get to know us and what would be best for us.

The staff gave advice based on our needs and left us to decide but answered questions and gave us information. The products were easily accesible and the service quick making the shopping experience customer friendly and proffessional

Friendly knowledgeable support in choice

Charlie the advisor came straight over to us and offered assistance. He was very helpful and knowledgable and attended to our needs very well. We placed the order for our new mattress within 45 miniutes of arriving at the store and everything was handled very efficiently.

There was a wide range of products available. I liked the fact that you could buy a complete bed, or just a base and then choose a headboard, although I wasn't particularly impressed with the selection of headboards available! Charles was an extremely attentive and helpful assistant; not only was he very knowledgeable about the different products on offer but he offered me sound advice about the type of mattress I should buy for the position that I sleep in.
