The sales assistant who helped us was so very helpful just the right amount of excellent service - her helpful nature made me buy the bed and was very impressd by a 7 day delivery service

The sales assistant was excellent and his product knowledge was excellent.

The assistant Angela was very knowledgeable took time time to understand what we were looking for,what standard of mattress we needed,advised us on the pillows for our individual requirements,and I can honestly say after one night the pillows fitted the bill,ifs the mattress is as good I am looking forward to a long over due good night sleep roll on the second of November when it comes,

When we entered your store we were approached by one of your staff who's name was Clifton, from the very start he was very helpful in finding out our requirements (replacing a Dreams bed purchased in 2005) He found the type of beds we were looking for and left us for a little time then returned to demonstrate the features,he spent quite some time with us and did not rush us at any time, with his help we decided what Bed we wanted to purchase and looked after us whilst placing the order. (Very Satisfied.)

Great service and products

The member of staff serving us, Andrea, was very friendly, open and helpful. We were offered bottled water and she went over the details thoroughly to ensure that all was correct. At this time we have not received our order but I anticipate no problems.

The colleague in store was helpful without being "over helpful" and had good product knowledge. She was happy to listen and did her best to fulfill our needs.

Emma was very quick to help us and explained the different types of mattress available.Richard and then took over the order.both were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

The shop assistant called Cliff was very knowledgeable and covered every aspect of the why's and wherefores about the right bed for us. A very good service and an experience that we shall tell our friends and family about. The delivery and disposal of our old bed and mattress was done in a very professional manner, on time and with a friendly attitude. All in all we now have the right bed at a very reasonable price that will last us for the next 8 years.
