Very professional sales person didn’t rush me tried different beds

Appreciated the bed to tell you the type of mattress that would be suitable. Assistant was very patient and helpful with my 84 year old father.

Themi was very friendly and had great knowledge of all the products, he made us feel at ease. He also made a very nice cup of tea.

I needed a replacement mattress for my 14 year old daughter (who was with me). I was immediately recommended the sleep sensor and the recommendations given were very helpful. The member of staff who helped us (male with accent) offered a price range and explained them, allowing my daughter to decide without any pressure. Very impressed with the service and help given

the women who helped us was very nice helped us choose what bed was suitable for us after useing the dream bed machine the effort and patients she took to explain every detail and over se made us felt special and polite and well presented in her manners in offering us a drink a great credit to the dreams store would recomend friends o visit this store

As soon as I came into the store on both occasions I was very pleased with the staff and their knowledge of the products and how they looked after the customers.I would like time to give a special thank you to Cliff and Themi for their time and patience when we were choosing our bed and the help they gave me I would definitely recommend the store.
