Dreams - Maidstone

I went to Dreams because a friend had bought a mattress there and is very satisfied, so it was our first choice. The assistant gave us a bit of time on our own and then he approached us with help. His knowledge of the products was phenomenal, he could answer all our questions and explained everything very well. We went there just to have an idea of what mattresses we could buy and we came out of there with a purchase!

I was offered assistance as soon as I entered the store but left to browse the store without bother. When I asked for assistance it was immediately available. The purchase was fast and efficient and friendly. Very happy with my whole experience. Thanks

Was served by Richard who was approachable and knowledgable about products and most importantly was not interested in selling us the most expensive thing in the store! Helped to solve a problem whereby once we had chosen our bed to find out it was not available for delivery when we needed it, he liasied with the manager to arrange for us to be able to purchase the show bed of the one we wanted at a reduced price so we could have it on the specified date we needed it! Couldn't have asked for more and had free pillows thrown in as a thank you from the staff for being so understanding.

Were allowed to wander round without being pestered but when we showed an interest in something, helpful information was offered. Our attention was drawn to ex display models that were very good beds but were practically half price because they had been on show in the shop, which we eventually bought.

we had 100% attention from Cliff our sales person. we spent one and three quarter hours in total choosing and buying our bed. Cliff's knowledge was second to none and most helpful in making the choice we did. we even had a cup of tea! so thank you cliff and thank you Dreams! :-)

As soon as we entered the store we were approached by Craig who was not pushy, but very friendly. He had total knowledge of the products available.

Neriman was very knowledgable about the different mattresses and so helpful. She helped me make a decision and allowed us time to discuss the different options and make up our minds, we weren't rushed at all. She even made us a cup of tea. The fact that my bed has arrived already and is so comfortable is even more pleasing!

We were made to feel welcome at the store although not hassled by the very professional sales team. There was no pressure selling. We were guided to our choice rather than steered to the most expensive options. It was good to see all the various mattress/divan options on the shop floor rather than have to refer to website pictures.

Very good experience. The only things were that some of the signs were not visible for price and other details. There was comment on discount during the initial discussions however it ended up with only about a £30 saving out of the £1250.48 we spent which is a almost nothing but it did not stop us from purchasing.

I was highly satisfied because the assistant understood what I required by listening to me and was then able to help m select a product to match, which in fact saved me some money. I was impressed that my requirements were the important factors and not just the price.
