My wife knew which mattress was required, but any questions we had were answered without hesitation by Laura. Very pleased with the service provided by Laura.

We only went in to browse with the intention of coming back during the January sale however the offers available and the tremendous help we received from the salesman ensured that we placed an order straight away.

Following a visit to another mattress store, heading to Dreams made us realise what an easy mistake we could have made when ordering a mattress. Cliff from the Maidstone branch was exceptional.......he spent 30 minutes to an hour with us and in the end came out with a superb mattress (more than we expected to pay) and happy in every way. Even ended up buying 2 temper pillows. Delivery options so close to Christmas was fantastic. Very happy customers!
