Very friendly staff without being pushy and gave space to browse

Richard was very knowledgeable ( but not pushy ) and helpful

Was acknowledged in store but not hounded this allowed me to browse at my leisure. I found help at hand when it was required and Cliff was very knowledgeable about finding out which of the beds I had chosen was the best for me. He spent time explaining the features and testing which bed was most suitable. Good service, great cuppa. Just waiting for the bed to write so I can get a comfortable nights sleep again.

Very helpful staff at this branch. I had been to a couple of other branches before but found the staff at Maidstone very helpful and did not feel pressurised or rushed. The staff at this store were able to answer all the questions I had concerning Dreams products.

Whilst visiting store. Was very satisfied with sales person (Clifton) his knowledge was outstanding . As I have a back problem. He went through all the different mattress that were available for my condition. Did spine alignment examanation on myself. Which proved to me that I was purchasing the correct mattress. We have in the past purchased many mattresses . All off which . We're not to our satisfaction. but we feel after having this mattress demonstrated to us that finally we have made the correct choice. We look forward to receiveing our new mattress & manhattan bed first week in January 2017. We even got offered a cup coffee during our visit.

Very attentive staff .... Available but not pushy . Good choice of products and clear pricing . Mattresses are colour coded which made it very simple to choose .
