The member of staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how one sleeps and which mattress would be better for me. I felt confident that I was buying the best and it was will last. I wasn't expecting to be so impressed with the service I received it was a pleasant surprise in the day and age of pushy sales persons.

We were looking for a bed and mattress that would last us a number of years and it was important to us to receive as much advice and guidance as we did.

It was my first visit to one of your stores and I was very impressed; the help offered and the knowledge available and the time given to me explaining the different types and best for my requirements. I was taken care of by Clifton - cannot remember surname and was very satisfied with the time he toook to explain everything to me

The Sales person (Angela) was highly knowledgable, extremely helpful, very polite and not intimidating.

staff were available but not intrusive. we were left to browse until ready to approach staff. there was a extensive range of beds and mattresses in store, all clearly priced.
