My wife and I received excellent support and assistance during our visit and the subsequent return to the store to pay the full deposit. The sales consultant was friendly and gave us a few options within our price range to review and was as helpful as she possibly could.

Mainly because of the sales assistant (Cliff in the Maidstone branch). I looked around quite a few shops that sold beds and mattresses specifically Tempur ones and nobody was as knowledgeable about the product and what would be best for me individually than Cliff. Not even in the Tempur store itself. Therefore I came back and bought the bed and mattress from Dreams even though I could have bought a cheaper bed frame online because I knew the advise he could give me about the products would ensure that I would purchase a frame that would not hamper the results of the very expensive mattress and they would both last longer.

We went into your Maidstone store just to enquire about prices of mattresses. It was a pleasure to talk to someone who was so knowledgable on the subject of beds and the way we all sleep. All I can say is that if the product is as good as the service, we'll be sleeping very well!

As soon as we walked into the store an assistant asked us if we needed help. Although she was very helpful we never felt that she was too pushy. My mother is disabled uses a wheelchair, the assistant was really patient and considerate, waiting a few minuets while my mother tried a number of mattresses. The assistant offered excellent advice and explained the difference between each mattress she even suggested to mum to try a particular pillow which we later purchased as it seemed to really help mum. Once the assistant had shown us all the options she offered us a cup of tea and left us to think about our choices. This was a valuable few minutes as we could really consider what was right for mum without feeling pressured. Once we has decided on a mattress I was really surprised that it could be delivered the same week. Taking my disabled mother to buy a mattress was potentially a difficult prospect but shopping at Dreams was a pleasure. I would recommend Dreams 100%.

We knew roughly what we were looking for and the assistant named Neriman was friendly and not intrusive. Our order was dealt with efficiently and the time for delivery was 6 days and perfect.

My wife and I spoke to two members of staff, we went and looked on one day and then purchased on another. Both members of staff were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The made the overall purchase of our mattress very pleasurable.
