The assistant was very helpful and made good suggestions for my needs .I was most impressed with the free delivery and to be able to upgrade if you need to ,what more could you ask for,only had to wait 3days for delivery and the delivery men were very polite and helpful .I am pleased with my purchase which was recommended .Thank you dreams I am now having a good nights sleep.

The staff, especially Richard were very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

The assistant Neriman was very knowledgeable and so helpful towards my 85 year old mother and myself. Neriman made the whole experience very easy and stress free for me, and was very patient with us.

Salesman was very friendly,helpful,and knowledgable about the products on sale Cliff took time out to explain sleep positions and where we were going wrong with Pillows as well as mattress choices. At the same time we where not pushed into buying what we did not want.

Cliff the assistant was passionate about the product and extremely knowledgeable which made the whole visit smooth and rewarding. He spent the time needed with us and wasn't constantly looking over his shoulder for the next customer. It was a pleasure to do business with Cliff and ultimately Dreams!

Your member of staff, Angela, in Maidstone was very helpful, polite and friendly. She was able to answer numerous questions, give clear information and showed excellent knowledge of the products. She gave us time and space to wander round on our own but remained alert, making sure she was available to answer questions when required. It was slightly disappointing to be surrounded by "sale" posters all through the store, only to find that none of them applied to any of the items that we selected.....perhaps the advertising could have been clearer as to which items it actually referred to.

I was pleased with the help I was given by Richard .He explained things very easy to understand.
