We were served by a very helpful and friendly lady called Neriman at the Dreams store along the London Road in Maidstone. She was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and had a lot of patience. She took the time to understand our needs and then took us through all the available options. It was nice not to be jumped on the minute we entered the store - there is nothing worse than a pushy salesperson. Neriman was nothing like this her customer service was brilliant.

The gentleman who serve us was very helpful I told him I wanted an ottoman bed and he showed me all the options and let me try lifting them all as I wanted to see how they all worked. He was also good with my 9 year old who has adhd often people get grumpy with her but he didn't which was great. His name was Themi

We had an idea what we wanted but the volume of information and the detail was much more than we expected and it is important that we have this much as a bed is such an important part of your life as half of it you spend in shoes or in a bed

Cliff was our Store Assistant at the Maidstone Branch. Was very polite & knowledgeable. We have always bought our Beds from Dreams because of good service. Being elderly now and buying Tempur single beds and accessories these should see us through for a good nights sleep.

I was going to leave buying a mattress until the winter, but whilst in the area this week saw your Store and thought "Why am I waiting"
