Richard was friendly, welcomed us and answered our initial questions but allowed us to browse too. When we needed further advice he was always on hand and was very well informed. He answered our questions honestly and explained options. There was a wide range of products at various prices, something for everyone. I was delighted with the quality and was pleased that I found just what I wanted.

Lauras product knowledge was great and concise. She was warm and welcoming. Friendly with a little bit of banter but not too much. Show room was bright and we'll spaced out. Great parking for customers too. I bought extra duvet and was helped back to my car with pillows and duvets. Excellent store and customer service. Great example of how service should be. A very happy customer. Thank you.

Richard was very helpful and knowledgable, I was shopping for my teenage daughter and he narrowed the choice down for me and then gave us time for my indecisive daughter to try all the options without any pressure.

Staff were knowledgeable of their products and we went straight to the items we were looking to purchase

We visited the store with absolutely no idea of what we needed, or what options were available to us. The store manager came over and we told him that we both had back problems. He talked us through the various types of mattresses and took us around the shop testing them out. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and didn't rush us to make any decisions. We were so pleased with everything that he suggested that we made the purchase on the day. Our initial intention had been just to browse and try to get an idea of what we needed.
