Angela the sales assistant that dealt with us show great knowledge and understanding of products and our needs and was very helpful and very patient plus gave us all the information about any product we asked about and also showed us an alternative option

Nice friendly staff who new what they were talking about and the fact that your products are made in this country

The sales assistant was there when we needed her but gave us time and space to discuss our purchase. There was a wide range of products to choose from and all of the staff showed an interest in our choice and all offered first hand experience with the product we were interested in. We never felt under any pressure to make a purchase. The store was well laid out with plenty of written information about the different mattresses, ultimately being encouraged to actually lay on the different mattresses and try them out is a great way to make your choice.

Very helpful staff member, supplied information when required but not pushy in any way. Courteous , charming and seemed very genuine.

we were greeted by a wonderful, warm member of staff straight away, who pointed us in the right direction and left us to brows at leisure until we'd made up our minds, without breathing over our shoulders. The member of staff made us a coffee, she answered all our questions in full, and we had a very relaxed, light hearted conversation laughing with us at our decision making, or lack of, too.

Cliff at Maidstone branch couldn't of been more helpful , guided us through every aspect of purchasing a new bed .
