All in all every member of staff at the London Rd Maidstone store was v professional & helpful. Our questions were delt with honestly & our bunk bed order was efficiently finalised by Angela. We would definatetly return & recommend to our family & friends. Keep up the good work Maidstone! !

Cliff was informative and attentive but allowed us time to consider our options without pressure. He offered useful advice on the suitability of mattresses for children which I would not have otherwise considered.

Good selection of beds and mattresses on view. Good amount of staff in the shop and didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. Charles dealt with my order and was very knowledgable and helpful when placing my order, understanding that the bed couldn't be delivered for a few weeks.

Cliff, your colleague and guide to the mattress and accessories we purchased, was very knowledgeable. He introduced us to the various options after we had explained our requirements, personal problems etc. and explained in detail the pros and cons of the most suitable mattresses and pillows. With his recommendations he carried out tests on firmness and suitability, and guidance on the use of the products was given. We both felt we were extremely satisfied with Cliff's guidance and knowledge and had received a very good personal treatment. We would have no hesitation, based on our experience of recommending Dreams to others.

The guy who helped me choose was extreamly helpful and friendly. It was nice to receive such good customer service. This is generally not the customer exterience I receive in shops. Big thank you

The lady that assisted us was very helpful and listened to what our needs was then showed us a few options based upon what we wanted
