We were assisted in our deliberations by Cliff, an extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales representative. There was no pressure, we were asked if we needed any help and when we told him what we were considering, he gave very clear and concise explanations and information about the items we enquired about. Having considered all the information and advice he gave us we felt confident in going ahead with the purchase and subsequently placed the order. We did actually spend more than we had intended, but this was because of the way we were treated and the advice we were given - and the fact that we were able to spread the cost over a period that suited us! The store was extremely clean and a pleasure to walk around, with a great range of bedding products on sale for our consideration. At no time did we feel under any pressure to complete the purchase, Cliff was happy to advise and let us make our minds up at our own pace - something that is lacking in other shops who simply want to push you into a purchase as quickly as possible. Overall, great service with a choice of items that would suite any budget.

Lady assistant very knowledgable about products, after full explanation she left my daughter and I to debate on suitable bed for my age (89) and needs. She offered all options on service and care and dealt with my order with competence. Impressed with lay out of merchandise and general atmosphere of store. A happy and satisfactory experience - hope I shall feel the same about the bed when it arrives!

Richard the sales rep greeted myself and my husband upon entering your Maidstone, Kent store. We were offered drinks which was a nice gesture. After looking round and finding the bed we wanted, we came down the stairs and Richard was there straight away to help us purchase the bed. Very satisfied. We will definitely use this Dreams again.

Angela made our experience at Dreams so simple and fluid. Her product knowledge was fantastic, I do not once recall her saying erm or having to even think about an answer to my questions, very impressed with that. From there it was providing us with the correct terminology so that we could better decipher which was the best bed for us; a very welcome piece of assistance also. She was not pushy or invasive and gave us plenty of time and space if we needed it. Even down to the ordering and paying portion. Angela was extremely patient throughout our trip to Dreams and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this store again. Thank you Angela, and good luck with bump number 3!
