We visited dreams today with the view of looking at mattresses, the sale assistant was very pleasant and understanding and advised us well without being pushy and making us feel pressured into making a purchase, would highly recommend dreams

Assistant was extremely helpful when we explained what sort of mistress my husband needed,he is partly disabled and we would have chosen the wrong one without his help

Cliff the man wholooked after us ,was very knowledgeable about all the items we were looking for . He asked us I we would like a drink,but at that time we were just looking ,we had to go home to measure up to see if we could get a king size bed in .we went back straight away .cliff was on his break but left that to deal with us .he ended up with a big sale ,as we only went in looking for a new mattress and end up buying a new bed,mattress,pillows,head board,and bottom sheet. You have very friendly staff.

Charlie's gentle and knowledgeable sales approach was absolutely superb, He listened, understood our needs, assessed the available and most suitable products and then talked us through the differences and what to consider, backed up by his first hand experience of the product manufacture. He explained the 60 day trial period and then left us to compare the products before returning to see where we had got to. No pushy techniques, no hassling us, just there when we needed him with all the information we could have needed. Very impressed. Great guy, a real asset.
