We were greeted by a smiling Laura when entering the store. She was open and friendly just seeking to understand the purpose of our visit. We explained we had brought a mattress online only 5 months ago and it was too firm. She wanted to understand how we sleep and what we were looking for then explained what she felt the best solutions for us might be.

Friendly member of staff, most importantly I did not feel pushed into any decision making at any time. I visited the store three times before I made my purchase. I felt comfortable. I was greeted and offered a drink on all occasions. He took time to explain the different mattress types and pillows more than once as there was quite a lot to take in when initially starting my search. As I eliminated some options he continued to assist me in narrowing down to my final purchase.

Our Sales Representative, Cliff was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure he knew our needs before providing us with a range of suitable options. HE spent time going through the various mattress constructions and pointed out why he felt the products may fit our needs.

Allowed initial browsing time before being offered help. Cliff was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable and didn't seem hurried at any time. Very happy!
