The product knowledge of Cliff pointed us in the right direction and avoided some of the pitfalls we were about to fall into. We were not aware of the link between body weight and appropriate firmness of mattress.

I was well informed and time and care was taken to evaluate my needs. The sales assistant could not have been more obliging and it was good that he had a sense of humour and was able to build my trust in him.

I was so surprised at the great experience I had at my local Dreams store. They had exactly what I wanted within my budget and the service I received was fabulous.

Quality of service was very good , lol, price's are very fair. My mother had also said she was very pleased with the service she received from Cliff when she bought her bed there.
