We found the service outstanding. Cliff in the Maidstone store was so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us to find the right mattress and pillows for our needs. From start to finish our shopping experience was enjoyable, informative and effective. One pillow was not in stock, Cliff and Adrian searched to find one in another store, Ade very kindly collected the pillow from the store as he lived near by on his day off and called us very promptly to let us know it was in the Maidstone store. Fantastic customer service, definitely to be proud of. Huge thanks to Cliff for his time and knowledge as well as Adrian for going above and beyond in his customer service.

We had an appointment booked for 11am Saturday 4 September. When we arrived at the very clean and tidy Maidstone store our sleep expert Cliff was ready and waiting even greeting us as we entered. He explained what was happening and set us up on the sleep match bed ( I think it’s called sleep match ). His knowledge of sleep and the range of different beds was second to none. My wife suffers from MS and Cliff even knew about her condition. With his help we were able to pick the bed best suited to our needs. Ordering was easy, we were offered tea and coffee and meet other members of staff who were all very friendly.

Our order was completed quickly even though they were short staffed
