Richard explained everything very carefully, especially the opportunity to change our mattress if it was unsuitable for us. Also was at pains to make sure we had all the information necessary to make our decision.

When I visited the store I was greeted by a lovely pregnant lady I think her name was Angela. She was very sweet and went through everything with me. She left me to it for a bit so I could have a look and pick colours then helped me out more and I placed my order. First order with dream and I would use again. The lady was so helpful she was great.

Everything was laid out in an easy way to understand the different options, there was a great cross section of different products with a wide budget range. The staff were friendly & knowledgeable.

We were given all the information on the different types of mattresses by Cliff, then we were left to browse and try the different beds. We narrowed it down to 2, but could not decide. Cliff then helped us by doing a test for our backs, this clearly showed us which one would give us the most support. We were very impressed with his knowledge and assistance. He gave us a demonstration on the Tempura pillows, which clearly showed an improved posture compared to ordinary cheap pillows. He did not 'push' the sale, asked us if we wanted more time. We felt comfortable and happy to proceed. We even got a nice cup of coffee while the sale was being processed!

We were given very good advice by the salesman as to the type of mattress we would need. The mattress suggested was expensive but your salesman informed us that the mattress concerned was new in stock but that there was available an older mattress of the same make and quality with a different coloured stripe at half the price of the latest one. We also received helpful advice about a mattress protector etc.
