Dreams - Maidstone

We were welcomed into the store as soon as we walked through the door which has not happened before. The salesman was very efficient and had a great knowledge off the products. Nothing was to much trouble he explained about all the different mattresses and showed us everything he thought would suit our needs.

I visited your Maidstone store to purchase a middle priced range adjustable single bed. I was served by Richard who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was shown and tried various beds, including the Tempur range, which I know are very good because my daughter has one and she is very pleased with it. I explained that I thought these would be too expensive for me, but with various adjustments to mattress, headboard, drawer etc. I am now awaiting delivery of my new bed. Thankyou Richard for being patient and not "pushy"

Excellent care by assistant, very understanding girl she demonstrated extreme kindness towards me ( I am 87 years old, with general mobility problems and especially getting up/down so purchase of a new bed and accessories was very painful and difficult for me). She was very patient with me and very helpful in helping me choose and try all the various options. She did not rush me in any way (it all took me a very long time) she made me feel that nothing was a problem and helped me go back and forth to narrow down my choices. She had excellent product knowledge and shared this freely with me which was a great help in making up my mind. I cannot recommend her or the service I received highly enough. She said she hoped to see me again in 8 years when I would need a replacement, I hope I am able to make the appointment!
