Dreams - Maidstone

We were served by the store manager, I think his name was Muniruz (it was his first day managing the ayeslford store) We came with a budget , and very specific needs, and even though it was a tough ask, he found us just what we needed!

The time the shop assistant spent with me, he explained the difference in mattresses and was very helpful throughout.

The salesman was extremely helpful and attentive

Very satisfied because your assisstant was very helpful about the types of beds and mattress we needed and told us all about the life of beds and how to look after them, she was very pleasant in the way she dealt with us.

Laura was extremely helpful and professional. I was quite indecisive about what bed to get, she was very patient and knowledgeable which helped me choose the right bed for my son.

Laura was excellent. Provided a great level of service, allowing us time to browse whilst always being available to answer questions. She was also empathic as we had our children with us and kept them engaged. A great example of how to take care of a family during what can be a stressful experience. Her efforts should be commended and we are very grateful for her assistance and exceptional customer service.

Up to the point of making the order everything was presented and delivered in a friendly professional manner. The only questions I have answered as neither satisfied/dissatisfied relate to delivery times, quality etc because we’ve only just ordered the bed and it’s still well within the window for delivery.

We recently became victims of a large fire in our apartment block leaving us with only our clothes we had on. We secured a replacement property within just over a week, we ordered a bed frame in this time also but wished to purchase a mattress and so visited Cliff at Dreams in Maidstone a few days ago. He was fantastic! Knowledge impeccable, professional and most importantly this purchase for us wasn't an indulgent one but a requirement during a very traumatic time - he made us feel comfortable and put us at ease. He didn't pressure us into buying the Tempur mattress but advised and showed us why it was such a good product. Cliff also helped us arrange convenient delivery to ensure Dreams would hold the bed until we are moving into our new property, again taking the weight off our shoulders about where we could store the mattress in the mean time. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bed moving forward and when our Tempur comes to replacing we'll be back to see Cliff!

Laura attended to us immediately without pushing us and understood when we wanted to go out for a while to make a decision and when we returned she was very friendly , helpful and efficient and answered all our questions and explained things very clearly.
