We were served by "Cliff" who was very attentive to our wants. He went into great detail on the various items we were considering and obviously had an extensive knowledge on each.

We where looking for new mattresses and plenty are on display which is great for trying out. The guys inside where not pushy and let us have a good look. Once we wanted assistance we where helped immediately. Muniruz Zaman was very helpful and the order and paperwork explained perfectly and done in quick time. Delivery time quick as well, thank you.

Very helpful and polite took me ages to decide on the mattress but they gave me all the time I needed and even offered tea or coffee

The sales assistant was so helpful and friendly both over the phone and in store. Nothing was to much trouble for him and I would say was an asset to your company. The product is not to bad but rather hard even with a topper that we brought to. Thank you to this gentleman for his assistance.

I visited the store because I have had trouble sleeping due to a severe back problem and needed to either change my mattress, or buy a mattress topper. or buy a new bed as my own bed was considerably old and wasn't helping my sleeping. I first found the pillow I chose and was very impressed with it. The assistant named Cliff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses and pillows, which gave me a lot of confidence in making my decisions. I went through a process of lying on the bed and experiencing with his advice the advantage of my choice. I was so comfortable and happy with the mattress I could have fallen asleep there and then, and decided to buy the new bed, mattress and pillow and can't wait for it to be delivered. The delivery time was excellent as was the assistant.

Richard was welcoming and helpful in his detailed knowledge of the choices available to me in my rather awkward situation/cottage. He was confident in the products and fully aware of sizes and prices including any discounts. He spent time working on the difficulty and looking for the solution.

Zarvi, was fanstastic. His product knowledge was impeccable. Store was clean, well organised and smelt great. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate was offered on arrival. We didn’t feel hassled it was if we were talking to a friend.

The sofa bed we had seen online was on display and the assistant showed us how it opened which is what we wanted to know

The person that served me was very polite and informative. She wasn't too pushy and let me browse for a while, which, for me, was perfect. Excellent customer service.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly, offered us a great deal. He also offered us a drink and took time to understand what we wanted.
