Our sales girl Laura ( validation code) 235 was helpful, happy and experienced. She gave us all the information needed to make our purchase.

We served by Richard (store manager) he is so friendly and good knowledge of products /offers and offer drinks as well . Only one think we are got disppointed is the time of delivery. One walldrobe take 7 week that's too long. If you guys can reduse the time, "dreams is the king"

We expected to visit several stores before finding a replacement mattress. Zarvi, the store manager was impeccably polite, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and after giving us some advice he left us to make our decision. He answered all our questions without having to refer to colleagues or books and was thoroughly professional.

The staff were all very helpful and went out their way to make me feel welcomed even the manager on at that time was selfless in ensuring he can help me get exactly what i was looking for and giving me options as to how i can get the best price and product for my money this was very good.

The staff at Dreams had an excellent balance between ensuring that customers had sufficient help but with time alone to try the different products in order to reach a decision. Good explanation of differences in comfort between the products was also helpful. We also had to change our chosen product as we had chosen Superking instead of King and it would not have fitted into our bedroom. A phone call to the shop and the amendment to the order and refund was activated within an hour and a phone call back to confirm what had been done. Excellent example of customer service at its best. Nice coffee too!
