I previously purchased my mattress and bed from dreams and it lasted 10 yrs , we were so satisfied with that one we’ve come back to get our new one . The mattress is of such high quality we’ve slept amazing for 10yrs so w hope with our new one we have another 10yrs of fab sleep 💤

The staff was very helpful and friendly

always available to answer any questions but left alone to discuss things together. no high pressure sales patter, but a deep knowledge of the products on display.

I have shopped at this store before and received excellent help and advice then. Therefore I didn't think of visiting any other store. I took quite a long time to choose a mattress and bed base and called the assistant back several times for advice. He was extremely helpful and friendly - just as a shop assistant should be, but this attitude is sadly lacking in a lot of stores.

The staff Zarui and Laura we brilliant, Laura kept my authist grandson occupied whilst Zarui help my wfe and myself in purchasing our new bed and his knowledge of mistresses was exceptional. The experience we received from these Dreams staff was fantastic if all retail staff were like these two individuals it would be great . I will be going back to this store in Maidstone to purchase our other beds soon . Thank you Kev
