Richard was very helpful, but not over bearing. He offered us refreshments and gave us some basic guidance and left us to browse, but he came back to us and also gave us further information upon request. He explained ver clearly the conditions of sale and our options and gave us a delivery date within two weeks. We felt coming to the store to make our selection was the best choice and we look forward to a more comfortable nights sleep 😴

we had sometime to wait before a salesperson was available but when a second came on duty[Richard]he was very helpful and knowledgable

The welcome was friendly. The salesman asked as to our needs. He was knowledgeable and in the products and offered advice as to style and colour. The whole visit was very pleasurable

Zarvi Muniruz is an extremely helpful, informative and friendly store advisor. He quickly helped us understand which was the right bed for us, having a great knowledge of the product base and of sleeping styles. Overall, he made the experience of choosing a bed very straightforward and hassle free.
