Themi was very helpful, was dealing with a customer when we walked in but quickly introduced himself and torn us anything we need to speak to him. Continued to have a look around and once he was done with his customer we was able to speak to him and made an order with him. The order process was very quick and easy and he explained everything to us. Very happy with the service

The level of service from the advisor was professional and great knowledge of the beds that we were advised to try out. The whole shop experience was thorough and as customers we felt valued and given expert advise on what we needed. We would recommend other friends and family to go to the Maidstone store.

Arrived not really knowing exactly what i was looking for, but i was greeted quickly and the staff quickly worked out what would be best for me and went through numerous options at different prices till i found what suited me best.

Efficient, knowledgeable staff without being pushy. We were left to browse at our leisure until we requested assistance. The sleepmatch technology machine was impressive and gave guidance to which mattress would best suit. Very pleased with overall experience.

Cliff, the sales representative went out of his way to make us comfortable and to be able to provide us with the correct bed/mattress etc. He was amazingly knowledgeable and extremely polite. On my first visit I couldn’t see what I had very first came in for but this was just before lockdown 1, and was told to go online as you had a huge amount online, then either order or come back to the store and they will help order the bed and mattress suitable for our needs. It was easy and found an alternative bed Ottoman and a mattress and decided to get the old bed and mattress taken away and have the new installed. And to boot we bought new pillows 4 for £20 bargain.
