Staff friendly and helpful and plenty of options

Our needs were met as soon as we walked through the door. A member of staff greeted us and directed us to a sales person to understand our requirements and assist us in choosing the most suitable bed for us. We were talked through every step and time was spent on helping us to make the best decision. We both left feeling heard and looked after.
