Very attentive and professional service and advice. I only visited the retail park to purchase an extension lead from Argos and dropped into Dreams and left with a new bed for the spare room!

Dealt with a Gent called Richard at your Maidstone branch. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, offering me a tea/coffee. It was my second visit after thinking about what mattress to buy. He gave his unbiased opinion and actually saved me money instead of pushing for me to buy the more expensive of my options.Took his time to talk about what I liked and suggested pillows to suit. Exceptional choice and am very happy. Told me everything to expect on delivery day and made the whole experience entirely smooth and friendly. Overall store was clean, bright. even the foot-runners were clean and encouraged you to bounce around and test each mattress fully. Very pleased overall.

Assistant very knowledgeable and personable. Took all our details so that when we rang (after going home to check the size we required) an hour later immediately knew who we were. Very personal service. Excellent service, super choices available. Will recommend to all our family and friends.
