Richard showed us all the mattresses available in our price range and advised us on all of them. Really good product knowledge.

Was approached on arrival and welcomed but allowed to browse and not hassled by a sales person. Product we were looking for was easily found. When ready staff were readily available and obliging in answering all our questions and provided advice that was relevant. Purchase process was simple and all aspects explained fully. A very pleasant experience which was most welcome
