The staff were friendly and welcoming and were able to accommodate our needs, they made us feel welcoming, offering us tea and coffee and going above and beyond to make us feel well looked after. We felt the value of the product was good, although did not feel particularly happy with the length of time that was quoted for the delivery to arrive. This being said it was the customer service that really stuck with us and ensures that we will be using Dreams again when it comes to buying a bed, mattress, etc.

We went into store knowing we needed a new mattress but with no idea what we wanted. Laura listened and understood our requirements, was very helpful and we are now looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress. We have also decided to return and buy some new pillows.

We were highly satisfied with the member of staff who served us. Her name was Angela Newman in the Maidstone store. She was extremely helpful, polite and understood our needs. She even tried to get the best price for us by speaking to her manager. Even though the price of he bed and mattress was fixed, she tried her best and was incredibly corteous! She is a credit to Dreams and we probably wouldn't have purchased a bed from there without her help.

Friendly helpful staff, range of products and quality of items

Maria approached us fairly quickly after entering the store and asked if we needed help and then helped us look for the most suitable products, but left us alone to try them out, so it did not feel like she was hovering over us. She asked us if we would like a cup of tea. We were also approached by another member of staff after we had been looking at the beds for a while, but we said there was someone helping us. Maria came over again and we had also made up our mind and answered our final questions. She then quickly and pleasantly took the details for our order and we agreed a delivery date most suitable to us.

Really excellent customer service from Neriman at Dreams, Maidstone. Very knowledgeable and informative. Excellent range of products, well priced in the sale.
