The staff were very friendly, & very helpful, also the stock was very good we were able to try a lot of different beds.

The help, knowledge and manner of your sales representative were exemplary. We were dealt with, shown beds to choose, and progress through the order process in a very professional and friendly manner. Not too pushy whilst looking around and soon as we needed help it was there.

The assistant Angela, was very friendly and helpful. Spent time showing us different products and explaining the difference between them. Very satisfied with the help we received.

Really needed help in choosing an orthopaedic mattress due to my husband having a back operation. Was unsure about the difference in the amount of springs & what they meant to the support. Afterward it was explained to us we felt that we have made the correct purchase and looking forward to a good nights sleep, Thank you Dreams.

We knew the bed was not stocked locally but went to store as previously happy with service. Size of bed not available but was able to see and try bed in a larger size in order to experience quality of the bed we would be ordering.Excellent knowlege and excellent service.

Maria was very helpful(I'm in a wheelchair) gave me time to decide and a chocolate! There was space for me to move around the showroom. Maria described the different types of mattresses and helped with the height of the beds.

I was served by the store manager who was friendly helpful and i received the sort of customer care that is hard to find these days.

All information was well displayed and easy to understand Staff were present but not at all pushy
