Sales assistant was very helpful but took a while before someone became available. Felt the up to 50% was misleading as didn't apply to that many items that were of interest to us particularly on the items we finally purchased.

From the moment I entered the store to the moment I left I was respectfully treated by very pleasant and helpful staff. Richard applied full attention to my requirements and his advice was gratefully received. A coffee whilst debating my choice of a bed and mattress was most welcome. Despite initially choosing a particular headboard, I discovered on my return home it was going to be too large. I contacted Richard and he assured me that this would not be a problem and invited me to return to store and select another, this I did. I would certainly recommend Dreams of Maidstone.

The sales assistant Neiman was really helpful. She showed us several options of mattresses and fully explained the benefits of all of them. Made us feelat ease, not rushed or under any pressure at all. Very polite and professional member of your staff

The staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We felt free to browse without being hassled to make a purchase and were offered hot drinks whilst we processed our order!

Maria was helpful, friendly and went out of her way to ensure that we understood the delivery info, made sure we understood the mattress options and had everything we needed.

Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We visited several stores on this day and had set our sights on a specific bed in another store. Other stores had gone straight in for the kill on the highest price products but Angela took time to find out exactly what we needed. She observed the way we lay on the beds and asked all of the correct questions to establish why we were looking for a new bed. Other salespeople just repeat over and over the jargon that they have learnt about a product hoping that the customer is impressed. Having worked in retail for a number of years in the past I am rarely fooled by this Jargon and I knew after a couple of minutes that we would buy a bed from Angela as she gave my wife and I confidence in what we would be sold. As a result of Angelas questions and knowledge we bought a complete bed and not just the mattress which we originally came in for. We also left your store with 2 pillows and a quilt and, despite spending twice as much as we had planned, we walked out of your store extremely satisfied. a fantastic shopping experience. Angela is a credit to your company and we have already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.

maria approached us and asked my wife and I if we needed any assistance but was not pushy. when we told her what we required she steered us to the perfect mattress for us .she was very knowledgeable and made us very welcome .When we make our next purchase at dreams we will certainly make a point of dealing with her .top marks maria
