Your assistant was extremely helpful but did not push me into a sale I did not want. I would have left your store immediately without buying if he had. In the circumstances I was extremely satisfied with the friendliness in the whole store.

The member of staff was very professional and his knowledge was impressive. Very good customer service from someone who knew exactly what they were talking about. Very impressed.

The advisor, Richard, was very professional and friendly. He took his time in seeing to our needs and was courteous in offering us drinks.

All the staff were friendly and not pushy. They gave us time to browse but were there to answer questions when needed

Good service no problems

The staff checked whether I needed any help but then allowed me to look around without trying to persuade, which I was happy with. I found a suitable product, which was quickly ordered as I went in at a quiet time of the day and there were no other customers. I did however waste a lot of time as I decided to walk from the entrance up to the back of the shop looking at the mattresses and round in a circular route to the front before noticing that the products in the price range I was looking for were at the front of the shop, I think the signage could be clearer on this point.

The Sales Assistant Cliff spent a lot of time discussing our various options and making sure the this particular bed was the best for our needs. He demonstrated how various positions in the bed would contour around the body and was highly knowledgeable about the product. Very impressed with his sales techniques and knowledge. He even talked us into purchasing the extra products.

Staff member who served us was very helpful, knowledgeable about the product, apologetic regarding (slight) delay on available delivery date and friendly.

a friendly face asked if I she could help , and if I was all right.she explained the different types of mattresses and their value, in respect to my needs.In fact led me through an option appraisal which was very helpful in making my selection.
