I had credit with a previous sofa I had bought 2 years ago so the details needed to be added into the computer again so that the finance could be agreed this took 30 mins but all goo din the end, the lady that served us was fantastic, very friendly very professional nothing was too much trouble, a credit to your company

The lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of beds available in a succinct and easy to understand way. The lady approached me not long after I entered the store. After some time of me trying beds, she came back over and asked how I was getting on. I advised her what I liked and didn't like and she suggested a different bed that I haven't tried yet and that ended up being the bed I brought! Very happy with the service, I will most certainly be recommending dreams to friends and family. Thank you!

Of course we are happy with the bed frame we chose but Angela ensured we got the most suitable mattress, she recommended pillows specific to our individual needs and even helped select the mattress protector most suitable. We were served by Richard at the Maidstone branch who could not have been more helpful, polite & friendly, he made the whole process easy and straightforward, explaining about delivery, recycling of our old bed and through to the assembly of our new bed. Just perfect. We had to visit again a couple of days later with a query, Richard was not there, but we were given help by another lady who was just as friendly and helpful. So we have to say well done Maidstone, excellent service and absolutely no complaints. Thank you Dreams, we are so looking forward to our new divan bed which was bought in the sale so it's a win win .
